AMCO Public Accountants was founded in 1997 from humble beginnings here in Bankstown. Our founding partner Danny Mazevski decided after a long career in corporate accounting at Deloitte, to invest his learnings in creating better financial futures for the community around him.

Since then, we have been providing tax and financial advice for Mums and Dads, and small to medium sized businesses for over 20 years. We’re incredibly proud of the fact that as a small business ourselves, we’ve grown from just 2 people, to now 12 permanent staff and over 90% of our client base have all come from referral because of the success we have delivered for our loyal clients.

We believe one of the principles of our success has been due to the investment we make in our winning team. With an enthusiastic, innovative and experienced team, we’ve consistently been able to deliver solutions to our clients to help achieve their tax and financial goals.

Danny Mazevski, ( founder of AMCO ) has a career in advising businesses and wealthy individuals spanning over 28 years, both in commerce ( Orora Ltd ) and in leading advisory practices ( Deloitte Australia). Danny is a Chartered Tax Adviser accredited via the Tax Institute of Australia and a Senior Financial Adviser, his full business profile is available via LinkedIn.
Danny has completed an Executive MBA at University of Sydney / University of New South Wales and also a Bachelor of Business (Accounting) / Diploma of Financial Planning.
Danny’s broad financial knowledge gained over many years coupled with experience is applied in various engagements with clients to bring about tangible financial outcomes.
Danny is also a Justice of the Peace (JP).
